The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS), James Mountain Inhofe VA Medical Center, requires a contractor to supply thirty (30) complete First Receiver decontamination PAPR systems with ninety (90) spare filters and associated components that meet or exceed the critical minimum requirements as well as the specifications in this SOW. The contractor will be required to supply Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR), Replacement Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Filter Cartridges, and Alkaline Battery Packs, to help in the protection of VA medical facility staff responding to incidents involving contaminated patients seeking care following releases of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) agents and delivered by 15 July 2026. Background The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) is renovating a non-medical existing facility to become the new James Mountain Inhofe VA Medical Center (VAMC). The goal of this contract is to provide essential equipment for the First Receiver Decontamination Program, which is required under VHA Directive 0320.06 for facilities with Emergency Departments. This program ensures that VA medical facility staff are equipped to respond safely to incidents involving contaminated patients following releases of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) agents. Work Details The contractor is required to supply thirty (30) complete First Receiver decontamination Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) systems along with ninety (90) spare filters and associated components. The PAPR systems must meet or exceed critical minimum requirements and specifications outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The specific items include: - 30 complete PAPR systems - 90 Replacement Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Filter Cartridges - Alkaline Battery Packs These items are crucial for protecting VA medical facility staff during decontamination procedures. Period of Performance Delivery of the products is required by 15 July 2026. Place of Performance Products will be delivered to the James Mountain Inhofe VA Medical Center located at 440 S.
