The goal of this contract is to instruct, practice, and familiarize HH-60W aircrews with tactics for countering small, high-speed aerial threats. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, and support necessary to deliver the UAS target training service. Specific tasks include: 1. Providing four (4) Group 2 UAS targets for kinetic engagement and destruction with performance characteristics of airspeed between 100-120 Knots Indicated Airspeed (KIAS), operational altitude of 500 feet, a minimum endurance of 3 hours of flight time, and capable of controlled flight 20-25 NM from shore over the Atlantic Ocean. 2. Providing operational support with qualified personnel to transport, assemble, launch, operate, and recover all UAS assets and associated ground support equipment. 3. Conducting four (4) training days: two days focused on 'search and intercept' training sorties and two days on 'intercept and kinetic engagement' sorties culminating in the destruction of the targets. 4. Designating a single point of contact (POC) for coordination with technical representatives and attending all pre-mission briefings as required. 5. Responsible for removing all company-generated waste from government facilities daily; no debris recovery from destroyed targets is required. Period of Performance The contractor shall complete all required services during the period from June 22 to June 26, 2026, with flexibility to adjust specific event days within this period to accommodate weather or range scheduling issues. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at Patrick Space Force Base (SFB), Florida, with training operations conducted in designated airspace 12-25 nm east of Patrick SFB over the Atlantic Ocean.
