Background The Georgia Region IV Homeland Response Force (HRF) is tasked with developing and supporting regional training and exercise activities aimed at enhancing domestic contingency readiness. This contract aims to provide contractor support for the HRF's collective training events, ensuring realistic simulations through the use of role players, moulage, manikins, and other necessary resources. The goal is to enhance preparedness for CBRN Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) and other National Guard CBRNE response capabilities. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the following tasks: 1. Provide and manage contractor role players to simulate real-world conditions during training events. 2. Supply moulage/clothing to enhance realism in simulations. 3. Provide weighted manikins and simulants as part of the training exercises. 4. Deliver a lumber package for use in training scenarios. 5. Offer ambulance service support during the collective training event. 6. Ensure that all services are performed between 0700-1900 on weekdays, excluding recognized US holidays or facility closures due to emergencies. Period of Performance The contract period is from August 6 to August 11, 2026, including a phase-in period starting on August 6 and an after-action review scheduled for August 11. Place of Performance The primary location for performance of services will be Clarke Range, Gate 3 Road, Alexandria, AL.
