The Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County, Georgia is advancing a major capital project: the construction of a new Judicial Center. The proposed facility will encompass a total area of 218,215 BGSF, including 179,557 GSF of building area, 20,000 GSF of secure parking, 6,000 GSF for a sally port drive, and 12,658 GSF for building alignment and court records storage.
