Background The U.S. Army, specifically the 99th Readiness Division, is seeking to procure custodial services at the New Kensington Memorial United States Army Reserve Center. The goal of this contract is to maintain a clean and attractive workplace that enhances public relations and the overall appearance of the facility. This solicitation is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and other items necessary to perform custodial services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services include cleaning designated spaces such as halls, restrooms, offices, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, drill/assembly halls, auditoriums, and stairways. The contractor must ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations while maintaining effective quality control to meet the standards specified in the contract. Period of Performance The contract will have a base period of 12 months with four additional option periods of 12 months each.
