Work Details The vendor must provide delivery and full on-site assembly of the shelf units. The quote must include all costs associated with these requirements. Bidder Requirements Bidders must submit a signed Consent and Authorization Agreement prior to bid closing. Quotes must be electronically submitted through PHLContracts, and all terms quoted shall remain valid for 60 days from the submission date. The total amount of the quote shall not exceed $43,000.
