An historic masonry drainage ditch along the roadway shoulder will be reconstructed. The intersection of Long Avenue and Marine Drive and adjacent plaza area behind the Warming Hut and neighboring buildings will be reconstructed to accommodate the bike path, gated access for administrative vehicles, and pedestrian safety improvements.
