Period of Performance The contract will commence upon award and will last for an initial term of twelve (12) months. There are options to renew for up to four (4) additional one-year periods at the City's discretion. The City may also renew the contract for up to three (3) months at the beginning of each renewal period if necessary. Place of Performance Deliveries will be made to the City of Philadelphia's Department of Revenue locations, specifically at M.S.B. and the Revenue Department Central Mailing Unit. Delivery hours are specified as Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Bidder Requirements Bidders must be enrolled in the City's Annual Bid Security Program and pay a non-refundable fee of $100.00.
