The Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPC) is seeking to lease up to five premises, each approximately 5,000 square feet of usable area, in the cities of Framingham, Lowell, Malden, Roxbury, and Worcester. The Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) is managing this request for proposals (RFP), which aims to secure suitable office space for the CPC's operations. The contract will be for a term of one year with an option to extend.

Work Details
