Background The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), St. Louis District, is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide mowing, litter removal and disposal, and trimming or spraying services on highway right of way for vegetation control. The contract aims to maintain the aesthetics and safety of the highway areas, specifically along Interstate 270 from just north of the I-55 Interchange to the Mississippi River. The initial contract period is from March 1, 2026, through February 28, 2027, with options to renew for two additional one-year periods. Work Details The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the following services: - Mowing of approximately 1,992.16 acres over four cycles during the contract term.
