Background The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15 (NCO 15) is issuing a solicitation for the acquisition of compressors to support the Endodry cabinets at the Leavenworth VA Medical Center. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the Endodry cabinets, which are essential for the care of scopes used in veteran healthcare, are operational by providing a more powerful compressor than currently in use. This is a specific sole source request as the required compressor model has been confirmed by Engineering. Work Details The contract requires the delivery of two compressors for the Endodry cabinet support at the Leavenworth campus. The specifications for the compressors are as follows: - Model: LES08+145T-RD-71DDGR - Power: 7.5 Hp - Maximum Working Pressure: 141 psi - Compressor Capacity: 16.1 cfm @ 126.9 psig (per ISO 1217 Annex C. Ed.4) - Motor: TEFC IE3 NEMA Premium Efficiency - Three Phase (200-230-460/3/60) - Full Acoustic Enclosure: 59 dB(A) - Integrated Refrigerant Dryer: Dewpoint of 35 to 39 Deg. F - Integral Receiver: 3 x 10 Liter with Electronic Drain. Additional items include: - Service Start Up by Authorized Service Technician. - Accessory Kit including vibration isolation pads, braided flex hose, high efficiency filter/drain, and regulator with gauge. All items must be delivered to Dwight D. Eisenhower VA Medical Center, 4101 S. 4th Street, Leavenworth, KS 66048. Period of Performance Equipment shall be delivered no later than 30 days after receipt of order (ARO). Place of Performance Dwight D.
