Background The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit all Prospective Offerors for the purpose of awarding a single, firm-fixed price (FFP) contract for Vehicle Barrier Maintenance Services. This contract will serve the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information Services Division (CJIS) located in Clarksburg, WV. The goal is to ensure the maintenance and repair of vehicle barriers that protect the facility from unauthorized access. Work Details The contractor will provide preventive maintenance and emergency repair services on six Wedge Vehicle Barriers and their control systems at the FBI CJIS Division. Services must adhere to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) recommendations to ensure functionality and security. Specific tasks include: - Conducting preventive maintenance in compliance with OEM standards, including inspections and lubrication. - Diagnosing and repairing physical, mechanical, electrical, and control system issues. - Maintaining compliance with DOD K12 / ASTM F2656 M50 rating. - Performing electrical service capabilities such as Allen Bradley PLC diagnostics, fiber optic troubleshooting, and NEC compliant repairs. - Replacing heat trace as required during the Base Year. The contractor must also ensure that all personnel undergo a background investigation due to the secured nature of the facility. Period of Performance The period of performance for this contract is anticipated to be from March 2, 2026, to March 1, 2027, with four one-year option years available.
