The specific requirements are as follows: - CLIN 0001: Laser Wire Markers - Quantity: 2 Each - CLIN 0002: Data IAW attached DD1423’s - NSP - Quantity: 1 Each - Additional items include: - A001: Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Manuals and Associated Supplemental Data - Quantity: 1 Each - A002: Status Report - Quantity: 1 Each - A003: Status Report - Quantity: 1 Each - A004: Status Report - Quantity: 1 Each - A005: Contractor’s Safety Plan - Quantity: 1 Each - A006: Accident/Incident Report - Quantity: 1 Each. The contractor shall also provide annual preventative maintenance services during the option years as detailed in the solicitation.
