Background The State of Vermont Military Department is seeking contractors to provide preventative maintenance, service, and repair for multi oil fired Reznor unit heaters located in Colchester and Jericho, Vermont. This includes passing an NCIC-III criminal background check for access to VTARNG facilities. A signed 'VTARNG BASE ACCESS REGISTRATION/RECORD CHECK' form must be provided for each employee requiring access.
