Background The State of Vermont Military Department is seeking contractors to provide maintenance, repair, and service for floor scrubber machines across multiple locations in Vermont. The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational efficiency and upkeep of these machines, which are essential for maintaining cleanliness in various facilities. Work Details Contractors will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the maintenance, repair, and service of floor scrubber machines located in Colchester, Jericho, South Burlington, Berlin, North Hyde Park, Lyndonville, Newport, Northfield, and Williston. Period of Performance The contract will commence on April 1, 2026, for a duration of two years with options to extend for a total of five years. Place of Performance The services will be performed at various locations in Vermont including Colchester, Jericho, South Burlington, Berlin, North Hyde Park, Lyndonville, Newport, Northfield, and Williston. Bidder Requirements Contractors and associated sub-contractors must comply with DoD Access Control standards and procedures. They are required to submit a signed 'VTARNG BASE ACCESS REGISTRATION/RECORD CHECK' form for each employee needing access to VTARNG installations. An NCIC-III criminal background check will be conducted by the VTARNG Security Office to assess suitability for access.
