Bidder Requirements Contractors and associated sub-contractors must comply with DoD Access Control standards and procedures. They are required to submit a signed 'VTARNG BASE ACCESS REGISTRATION/RECORD CHECK' form for each employee needing access to VTARNG installations. An NCIC-III criminal background check will be conducted by the VTARNG Security Office to assess suitability for access.
