Water Distribution Garage Building Conceptual Phase Improvements

The goal of this project is to provide a preliminary design for improving the flow and functionality of the City of Casper Water Distribution Garage Building (Garage Building), located at 1600 SW Wyoming Blvd, Casper, WY 82604, which has office space, meeting space, locker rooms, and shop space. The Garage Building has had multiple additions. This project includes a conceptual study and a preliminary architectural and engineering design for the Garage Building. It is anticipated that there will be a second phase of the design, not included in this Request for Proposals, to carry the initial conceptual design forward to one hundred percent (100%) construction documents.
