The A&I Procurement Office will receive proposals for providing targeted leadership coaching and technical expertise to subgrantee schools and districts to strengthen leadership capacity and drive sustainable system improvement. This work will be grounded in evidence-based leadership practices within an MTSS framework and will focus on supporting effective school improvement, strategic planning, and change management. The contractor will design and facilitate differentiated professional development responsive to the unique needs of each school or district, support the development of strong school culture, communication, and community engagement, and guide leaders in assessment practices and data-informed decision-making. All supports will be aligned with and advance the implementation of the CLSD state educational standards and initiatives for the State of Wyoming,Department of Education (Agency), through the Public Purchase online bidding system.
