Bidder Requirements This solicitation is limited to Master Contractors awarded under the Hardware and Associated Equipment and Services contract. Bidders must be certified small businesses under the GOSBA Small Business Reserve Program. Additionally, bidders must provide a Letter of Authorization from the manufacturer or distributor as well as a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
