Adobe Learning Manager Subscription Renewal

Background

The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange (MHBE) is an independent unit of State government established to provide Maryland’s residents and small businesses with the opportunity to compare rates, benefits, and quality among health insurance plans. The goal of this contract is to renew the subscription for Adobe Learning Manager, which allows registered users access to the system for training material administration.

Work Details

The vendor shall renew the subscription for 5,500 users based on the Registered User Licensing Model for a 12-month period. The specific product to be provided is: 'Adobe Learning Manager 2, Billing Plan Hosted, 1Y, 5,500 Users'. The subscription will start on August 20, 2026, and end on August 19, 2027. Additionally, MHBE will receive Enterprise Support directly from Adobe for the duration of this subscription. Invoices must include detailed information such as contractor name, products/services purchased listed separately with amounts, and supporting documentation.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon full execution and will last for a period of 12 months from August 20, 2026, to August 19, 2027.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange located at 750 E. Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be authorized resellers of Adobe Learning Manager and submit a letter of authorization from the manufacturer with their bid. There are no stated MBE subcontracting goals.
