Furnish all trained labor, supervision, management, management support, transportation, supplies, equipment, and materials necessary to accomplish a complete Annual Emergency Generator, Annual Load Bank, and Annual Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) Preventive Maintenance and Testing and Provide Emergency Service for the Northern Indiana Health Care Systems Fort Wayne Campus twice a year.
