Background Central Arkansas Water (CAW) is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified law firms to provide Bond Counsel and/or Disclosure Counsel Services. This initiative is part of CAW's Capital Improvement Plan, which includes the issuance of one or more series of Revenue Bonds, Series 2026, with a gross issuance amount planned to be less than $30 million. Work Details The selected Bond Counsel and/or Disclosure Counsel will provide legal services in support of the Series 2026 Bonds. These services will include advising CAW on legal matters related to the issuance of the bonds, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and assisting in the preparation of necessary documentation for the bond issuance. Period of Performance The contract for Bond Counsel and/or Disclosure Counsel Services will be for a period of up to five (5) years. Place of Performance Services will be performed in Little Rock, Arkansas, where Central Arkansas Water is located. Bidder Requirements Qualified law firms interested in providing these services must submit their Statements of Qualifications as part of the solicitation process.
