The 90th Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to identify potential sources for a requirement at Francis E. Warren Air Force Base (FE Warren AFB), Wyoming. The goal of this sources sought announcement, FA461326Q2000, is to gather information on the availability of contractors capable of providing a relocatable facility. This procurement will help determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for future requirements, potentially including small business set-asides.

Work Details

The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform the installation of a new 4,032 square foot Relocatable Facility (RLF) at F.E. Warren AFB. The work includes: - Installation of a new 6 SDR30 sanitary sewer line (approximately 284 LF) with a minimum fall of 1.5%. - Installation of a new 1 copper waterline service (approximately 234 LF). - Installation of new 2 Sch80 conduit for electrical service (approximately 190 LF). - Installation of new 2 Sch80 conduit for communications (FO) as indicated on the drawings. - Restoration of all disturbed areas to original condition post-installation, including asphalt and landscaping. - Development and maintenance of a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure compliance with performance standards.
