The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Hand-Pulling Eurasian Watermilfoil, North Hartland Lake and North Springfield Lake, Hartland, Hartford and Springfield, VT THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for crew work hand-pulling Eurasian watermilfoil at North Harland Lake and an optional location at Stoughton Pond, located at the North Springfield Lake project. There is a boat launch located at North Hartland Lake Recreation Area and Stoughton Pond (see maps). No snorkeling or SCUBA diving will be permitted. This is not a request for offers at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about April 29, 2022. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www. SAM.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 811310 with a Small Business Size Standard of $8 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
