The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a sole source contract to, K&R Technologies dba Microbiology International, Frederick, MD. 21703. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested Government shall consider all responses. Note: You must be a certified, Authorized Technician to provide service on the below equipment. 1. The Naval Medical Research Command is looking to procure a Base plus two option years for a service maintenance/repair plan for Systec Media Prep, S/N MP0927 and Systec Media Fill, S/N MF0449. Each year must include at a minimum One on-site preventative maintenance (PM) visit done IAW OEM standards/requirements by OEM certified and authorized service technician(s). Includes parts/labor/travel and control software updates. One on-site repair visit, if required, including travel and labor. 20% discount on OEM parts required for repairs; parts will be billed separately. One on-site visit to provide calibration of autoclaves/media preps IAW OEM standards/requirements by OEM certified and authorized service technician(s). Remote technical support from OEM certified and authorized service technician(s). This support must be available for a minimum of 0900 1700 E.T., Monday Friday. You must show the breakout amounts for (Base Award/ Jan 2026 - 2027) (Opt Yr. 1 Jan 2027 - 2028) and (Opt Yr. 2 Jan 2028 - 2029). The NAICS code for this action is 811210. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems for Award Management (SAM).
