PN: 438-22-600, Improve Campus Building Exteriors (SF)

Background

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), through the Network Contracting Office 23 (NCO23), is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Project Number: 438-22-600, aimed at improving campus building exteriors for the VA Sioux Falls Health Care System (VASFHCS) located in Sioux Falls, SD. This project is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and aligns with the agency's mission to enhance facilities that support veterans' healthcare. Work Details: The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary tools, materials, equipment, labor, and supervision to complete various building exterior improvements at VASFHCS. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: roofing, tuck pointing, alterations, grading, drainage, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, and the removal of existing structures. The contractor must adhere to the construction documents provided. Period of Performance: The period of performance for this contract should not exceed 400 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Place of Performance: The construction projects will be performed at the VA Sioux Falls Health Care System located at 2501 West 22nd Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57105.
