Background The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) is seeking to obtain trash removal services for the Seminoe Dam facilities located in Wyoming. The goal of this contract is to ensure reliable, efficient, and environmentally responsible trash removal in compliance with local regulations. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and is a total small business set-aside. Work Details The contractor shall provide the following services: 1. **Commercial Dumpster Services**: - Provide pickup service and maintenance of two (2) 6-yard dumpsters with latching, wind-resistant covers. - Scheduled pickups will occur weekly, with potential adjustments during inclement weather. - Acceptable materials include non-hazardous commercial waste such as office trash, food waste, and packaging. No recycling or special diversion services are required beyond verification of proper disposal at approved facilities. 2. **Junk and Oversize Item Removal**: - Provide pickup service and maintenance of one (1) 20-yard dumpster for on-demand removal of large items like wood pallets and non-hazardous construction debris. - Scheduled pickups will occur on demand with coordination through the on-site contract quality assurance representative (QAR). Two pickups per calendar year are included. 3. **Place of Performance**: - Services will be performed at the Seminoe Housing Area Fueling Station and Warehouse in Carbon County, Wyoming. GPS coordinates are provided for both locations. Period of Performance The initial period of performance is from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, with options to extend for four additional years through option years until March 31, 2032.
