Troop C CDL Supersite Upgrade HVAC & Control System

Background

The State of Missouri, through the Office of Administration, Division of Facilities Management, Design and Construction, is issuing a solicitation for the Troop C CDL Supersite Upgrade HVAC & Control System project. This project aims to enhance the HVAC equipment and controls at the Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop C CDL Supersite located in St. Louis, Missouri.

Work Details

The scope of work includes the replacement of existing HVAC equipment and controls at the Troop C CDL Supersite DE/MVI buildings. The project number is R2513-01. The contractor is required to adhere to specific participation goals for minority-owned (MBE 10%), women-owned (WBE 10%), and service-disabled veteran-owned enterprises (SDVE 3%). Only firms certified by the State of Missouri Office of Equal Opportunity can be utilized to meet these goals.

Period of Performance

The contractor must complete the work within 130 working days from the date the Notice of Intent to Award is issued. This period includes ten working days for document mailing and processing.

Place of Performance

The contract will be performed at the Troop C CDL Supersite located at 3180 Koch Road, St. Louis, Missouri.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must submit a bid bond or cashier's check for 5% of the base bid amount. They are required to comply with prevailing wage laws as per Missouri regulations and must not discriminate against any employee or applicant based on race, creed, color, or national origin. Additionally, bidders must certify their participation in a federal work authorization program and comply with anti-discrimination requirements against Israel as specified in Section 34.600, RSMo.
