Restock of Material for the Water Department June 2026

Background

The City of Lebanon, Missouri, invites bids from qualified organizations for the purchase of miscellaneous materials to restock the inventory for the Water Department. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the Water Department has the necessary supplies to maintain its operations effectively.

Work Details

The contractor will provide various materials as specified in the solicitation, including but not limited to: 1. 100 feet of 6"x20' SDR21 CL200 PVC Water Pipe 2. 1 each of 6" MJ-DI Tee 3. 1 each of 6"x12" High MJ-DI Sleeve 4. 1 each of 6" x 90 MJ-DI 5. 1 each of 6" x 4" MJ-DI Reducer 6. Gate valves and other fittings as listed in the specifications document. A detailed list includes: 1. 6"x20' SDR21 CL200 PVC Water Pipe - Quantity: 100 feet 2. 6" MJ-DI Tee - Quantity: 1 3. 6"x12" High MJ-DI Sleeve - Quantity: 1 4. 6" x 90 MJ-DI - Quantity: 1 5. 6" x 4" MJ-DI Reducer - Quantity: 1 6. Additional items such as valves, boxes, and fittings.

Period of Performance

The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2026.

Place of Performance

All deliveries will be made to the Public Works Department located at 1401 W. Commercial, Lebanon, MO 65536.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with all specifications outlined in the solicitation documents. They are required to submit their bids electronically through Ion Wave Technologies and must register at least four days prior to bid submission. Bidders must also agree that their proposals remain valid for thirty days after the bid closing date.
