Aero Landing Lift Station

Background

The City of Lebanon, Missouri, invites bids from qualified organizations for the purchase of equipment for the Aero Landing Lift Station. The goal of this contract is to procure necessary equipment that meets specified requirements for the operation and maintenance of the lift station.

Work Details

The contractor shall provide equipment for the Aero Landing Lift Station as outlined in the specifications. This includes: - Pumps with specific features such as vertical discharge, liquid temperature ratings, cast iron construction, double seal design, and various sensors. - Control panels with features like circuit breakers, HOA switches, alarm switches, and audible alarms. - Additional items including discharge boots, SST chains, and guide rails as specified in the bid packet. All bids must comply with attached specifications; any deviations must be indicated.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed from the date of award until all equipment is delivered and accepted by the City of Lebanon. The response deadline for bids is set for June 30, 2026.

The delivery location for all equipment is 1401 West Commercial, Lebanon, MO 65536.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with all conditions outlined in the solicitation documents. They should provide manufacturer's data including specifications and installation instructions with their bid. Bidders are required to agree that their proposal remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days after the closing time for receiving bids.
