2026 Youth Soccer Uniform

Work Details

The contract involves providing soccer jerseys and coach shirts as follows: 1. Each player uniform consists of one numbered jersey. 2. Uniform Jersey Specifics: a. A two-color reversible jersey will be used for all divisions. b. Jersey sizes include YS, YM, YL, YXL, AS, AM, AL. c. Jerseys will have numbers printed on the back. d. The front will feature 'Olivette' and soccer-related art. 3. Screen/Printing specifics: a. Numbers and logos will be printed in one ink color only. b. All uniforms will feature the same logo and number style. c. The vendor must provide artwork choices for the City logo and soccer art. d. Design services for lettering and placement are included in the quote. e. Screen set-up charges must be included in the quote. 4. Coach Shirt Specifics: a. Coach shirts must be made of 100% soft touch polyester or similar fabric. b. All shirts will be the same color with 'Olivette' & soccer art printed on the front left chest with 'Coach' underneath in one color ink only. c. Sizes for coach shirts include AS, AM, AL, AXL, AXXL. d. An alternate bid for a coach’s shirt in 100% cotton or cotton/poly blend is requested with the same printing specifications. 5. Quotes must include proof for approval before printing to be emailed to designated contacts at the City.

Period of Performance

The contract period begins upon award on July 13, 2026, with delivery of uniforms required by August 21, 2026.

Place of Performance

The products will be delivered to Olivette, Missouri.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must provide documentation evidencing current enrollment in a federal work authorization program (e.g., E-Verify). Additionally, bidders are required to submit a completed Proposal Form and Bidders Information Sheet along with their proposals.
