Background

The City of Lebanon, Missouri, is seeking bids from qualified organizations for the purchase of a control panel for the Hwy 32 Liftstation. This initiative aims to enhance the operational efficiency and reliability of the lift station, which is critical for managing wastewater in the area.

Work Details

The contract involves providing a control panel that meets specific technical specifications. Key requirements include: 1. Triplex 460 Volt, 3 Phase 12.5 HP (Flygt) with a 3R Door in Door Transducer Level Control and Float Back Up. 2. A painted galvanized enclosure designed for dead front operation. 3. Non-fused main disconnect for incoming power and properly sized circuit breakers for all pumps. 4. A PLC-based touch screen level control system with transducer (4-20MA) and low water float backup. 5. Integrated power monitoring features including time delay and phase imbalance detection. 6. All devices must be oil-tight, labeled, and compliant with industry standards. 7. The panel must include alarms for high water levels, seal failures, and high temperatures, along with necessary wiring and labeling requirements.

Period of Performance

The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2026.

Place of Performance

The control panel must be delivered to the Public Works Department at 1401 W. Commercial, Lebanon, MO 65536.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with specific qualifications including having at least ten years of experience in manufacturing similar equipment. They must also agree to the use of the City’s Purchasing card for transactions and ensure that all materials provided are tax-exempt as per city regulations.
