Background

The City of Lebanon, Missouri, invites bids from qualified organizations for the purchase of forty-five (45) Wooden Utility Poles in multiple sizes and classes for the Electric Department. The goal of this contract is to restock the Electric Department’s supply of utility poles, which are essential for maintaining the city's electrical infrastructure.

Work Details

The contractor will provide a total of 45 Wooden Utility Poles as specified: - 10 units of 40’ Class 3 Southern Yellow Pine Full Length Pressure Penta Treated Poles - 5 units of 40’ Class 1 Southern Yellow Pine Full Length Pressure Penta Treated Poles - 15 units of 35’ Class 5 Southern Yellow Pine Full Length Pressure Penta Treated Poles - 10 units of 35’ Class 3 Southern Yellow Pine Full Length Pressure Penta Treated Poles - 5 units of 30’ Class 4 Southern Yellow Pine Full Length Pressure Penta Treated Poles. All poles must be pressure treated to a final net retention of 0.45# per cubic foot and conform to RUS specifications.

Period of Performance

The contract period will begin upon award and extend until all items are delivered by June 30, 2026.

Place of Performance

Delivery will be made to the Public Works Department at 1401 W. Commercial, Lebanon, MO 65536.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with all specifications outlined in the solicitation documents. Bids must be submitted electronically through Ion Wave Technologies. Bidders are required to provide an itemized invoice upon completion and acceptance of deliverables. The City reserves the right to use its purchasing card for transactions.
