Sidewalk, Parking Area, and ADA Ramp Concrete Replacement and Driveway Concrete Removal and Replacement

Cole County Residential Services, Inc. (CCRSI) is accepting sealed bids for two projects: the Sidewalk, Parking Area, and ADA Ramp Concrete Replacement at the East McCarty facility, and the Driveway Concrete Removal and Replacement at the Tanner Bridge facility. The Sidewalk project involves the removal and replacement of existing concrete sidewalk and parking lot access areas, including the construction of a new ADA-compliant concrete access ramp. The Driveway project includes the removal and replacement of existing concrete driveway sections at the specified property. Bidders can submit bids for either project or both. Prospective bidders must contact Wes Godfrey, Maintenance Tech, at (918) 841-5130, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to obtain bid specifications and to arrange a time for facility inspection. Bids must remain valid through the project completion date. The winning bidder will need to provide a schedule for facility access. Sealed bids must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. on July 17, 2026, to CCRSI at 1908 Boggs Creek Road, Jefferson City, MO 65101. Late submissions will not be accepted. Recommendations for the winning bid will be presented to the Board at their next meeting on July 28, 2026, at 5:45 p.m. at the same address.
