Westran R-I School District Roofing Upgrades

Sealed bids are being requested from qualified contractors for roofing upgrades at Westran R-I School District. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Westran High School. Only those contractors who meet the specifications outlined in the bid documents will be considered as qualified bidders. Bids must be submitted to the Superintendent, Mr. Mark Harvey, by 11:00 A.M. on July 2, 2026, at the Westran R-I Administration Office located at 228 Huntsville Avenue, Huntsville, MO 65259. The project involves roof replacement at Westran High School. Interested bidders can obtain the contract documents by contacting Facility Solutions Group, specifically Grant Meine, at 314-709-9596. The contract documents will be available starting June 18, 2026. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bidders are required to provide a Bid Bond amounting to 5% of the proposed contract sum. Additionally, the successful bidder must provide 100% Performance and Payment Bonds and comply with the Missouri Department of Labor Standards Prevailing Wage Rates.
