Background

The School District of Springfield R-12, the largest school district in Missouri, is seeking competitive bids for ID Badge Supplies and Annual ID Card Supplies. The district serves over 24,500 students across various educational programs and aims to maintain its reputation for academic excellence through efficient procurement processes.

Work Details

The contract includes the supply of various ID badge supplies, specifically printer ribbons for different models of Fargo printers (DTC 525, HDP5600, DTC 550, etc.), cleaning kits, badge holders, lanyards in multiple colors and styles, and other related items. Quantities specified include: - 5 each of YMCKOK ribbons for DTC 525 and HDP5600 printers; - 15 each of full-color ribbons for DTC 550; - cleaning kits compatible with multiple printer models; - various lanyards (red, blue, yellow, green) with breakaway options; - badge holders. Delivery is required within fourteen (14) calendar days after receipt of a properly executed order.

Period of Performance

The contract period will commence on the date of award for one year with options to renew for two additional one-year periods.

Place of Performance

All products are to be delivered to the District's Distribution Center located at 1458 E. Chestnut Expressway, Springfield, MO 65802.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must submit their responses through the e-bidding system. The contract will require adherence to specific delivery timelines and compliance with the District's safety policies. Bidders must also provide a Substitute W-9 Plus form instead of a standard W-9 form.
