Parking Lot Repairs

Background

The State of Missouri, through the Office of Administration, Division of Facilities Management, Design and Construction, is issuing a solicitation for the Parking Lot Repairs project at the Fulton Treatment Center located in Fulton, Missouri. The goal of this contract is to repair the existing asphalt parking lot serving the facility and address localized areas of pavement ponding.

Work Details

The project consists of repairing the existing asphalt parking lot and addressing localized areas of pavement ponding. The work will include: - Site clearing - Excavation and fill - Erosion and sedimentation control - Aggregate base course installation - Asphalt paving - Concrete paving - Storm utility drainage piping as detailed in the specifications. The contractor will be responsible for all labor and materials necessary for the completion of these tasks.

Period of Performance

The contract performance time is 45 working days from the transmittal date of the agreement. Work must commence within seven working days after receiving a written Notice to Proceed.

Fulton Treatment Center, Fulton, Missouri.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with MBE/WBE/SDVE participation goals: MBE 10%, WBE 10%, and SDVE 3%. Only certified MBE/WBE firms by the State of Missouri Office of Equal Opportunity can be used to satisfy these goals. Bidders must also submit various forms including a Bid Form, Affidavit of Work Authorization, and proof of enrollment in a federal work authorization program (E-Verify). Additionally, bidders must be registered in MissouriBUYS as an approved vendor prior to contract issuance.
