Key personnel requirements include: a full-time program manager available for consultation at all times; a professionally credentialed clinician overseeing clinical aspects; sufficient case management staff with relevant training; and the ability to provide 24/7 staffing at the facility. Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail) This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent, as Nation’s Finest is listed on prior VA awards under 36C26121D0109 (HCHV-CERS for eligible SFVAHCS/SFVAMC veterans in Eureka, Humboldt County) with a base period of 09/01/21–08/31/26 and a related HCHV task order for 09/01/25–08/31/26.
