Summary: Background The Northern Cheyenne Service Unit, part of the Indian Health Service, is seeking a qualified contractor to provide Automatic Doors Preventative Maintenance (PM) Services. The goal of this contract is to ensure safe, reliable, and ADA-compliant operation of all automatic doors at the facility, which are essential for patient access and efficient movement throughout the premises. Regular maintenance is critical to prevent breakdowns that could disrupt patient flow and increase operational costs. Work Details The contractor will perform semi-annual preventative maintenance on the following equipment: - Four Horton bi-parting automatic sliding doors - One Horton single automatic sliding door - Two Horton 7000 simultaneous-pair ADA operators - Twelve Horton 7000 single ADA operators. One of the semi-annual inspections will be an AAADM annual inspection. All parts required must be OEM parts from Horton Automatics; rebuilt parts are not acceptable. The work must comply with AAADM standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable federal regulations. Period of Performance 08/01/2026 to 07/31/2027 Place of Performance Northern Cheyenne Service Unit, Lame Deer, Montana Bidder Requirements Bidders must meet the requirements for a Small Business Set Aside. Contractors must have appropriate licenses for the work being performed and provide bid/payment/performance bonds as necessary. Additionally, contractors should have experience in providing similar maintenance services.
