Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail) This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on prior maintenance award 75N91021P00591, awarded to Sony Biotechnology for maintenance services for one Sony multi-function cell sorter (LE-MA900FP/0714076) used by the Center for Cancer Research/Oncology Surgery Branch, covering the base period from 07/19/21 through 07/18/26. The current requirement similarly calls for on-site preventive maintenance (3 planned sessions), emergency repair response, replacement parts, and software service/updates for the same LE-MA900FP system, indicating the work is a continuation of ongoing equipment support rather than a new scope.
