Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail) This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent and/or closely related prior contract history, with Birchfield Sharon awarded W9127S26PA027 ($92,655, 03/14/26–03/13/29) for River Road Park Attendant services and W9127S23P0014 ($86,420, 02/15/23–03/14/26) for River Road Routine Cleaning. The current requirement for park attendant services at the Clearwater Project Office—covering cleaning/maintenance, fee collection, inspections, and visitor assistance—appears to be a continuation of the same type of recurring recreation-season support work performed under these prior River Road attendant and cleaning awards.
