MT Army National Guard Cross-Connection Control Plan

Background

The State of Montana, Department of Military Affairs, Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO) is issuing invitations for bids for cross-connection control plan services related to drinking water infrastructure. The goal of this contract is to ensure compliance with regulations and enhance the safety of drinking water systems.

Work Details

The contractor will provide the following services: 1) Conduct a kickoff meeting for the Cross-Connection Control (CCC) Plan; 2) Develop a CCC Plan for Fort Harrison Military Complex; 3) Perform CCC surveys at Region 1 MTARNG Facilities; 4) Perform CCC surveys at Region 2 MTARNG Facilities; 5) Perform CCC surveys at Region 3 MTARNG Facilities; 6) Perform CCC surveys at Region 4 MTARNG Facilities; 7) Perform CCC surveys at Region 5 MTARNG Facilities; 8) Draft the MTARNG Facilities CCC Plan; 9) Deliver the final CCC Plan(s) and associated deliverables.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed from June 11, 2026, until July 1, 2026.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at various locations associated with the Montana Army National Guard facilities across multiple regions in Montana.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must acknowledge that they have read and understood the transition from DUNS to Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). They must also provide their Federal Tax ID and UEI number. Bidders are required to accept the State of Montana's standard contract terms and conditions, including insurance requirements. Any exceptions to these terms may lead to disqualification.
