Design-Build Services for Deconstruction of White and Downey Hall

The University is seeking qualified firms to provide Design-Build Services for the deconstruction of White and Downey Hall. The scope of work includes: - Deconstruction of both White and Downey Hall buildings - Haul off of all materials resulting from the deconstruction - Relocation of utilities as necessary - Grading of the site following deconstruction
