Background The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing this solicitation for the purchase, fumigating, and delivery of bulk gravel to Kalaupapa National Historical Park in Kalaupapa, Molokai, Hawaii. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary construction materials for maintenance and development projects within the park.
