Background

Work Details

The contract includes the following items: 1) 50 units of SE-S-CLD-GOVFED-PR - Splunk Cloud Subscription with FedRAMP Moderate impact level controls, Encryption at Rest, and Premium Success Plan – 50 GB/day (Renewal) provisioned in a FedRAMP Environment with 4500 GB of storage; 2) 1 unit of SE-T-LIC-ST - Splunk Enterprise – Term License with Premium Success Plan – 1GB/day (Renewal), with an existing license size entitlement E-0018705. The total cost details will be provided in the contractor's offer.

Period of Performance

The term of the contract will commence on June 25, 2026, and continue through April 1, 2027.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at the California Health and Human Services Agency, Office of Technology and Solutions Integration located at 2870 Gateway Oaks Drive, Suite 150, Sacramento, California 95833.

Bidder Requirements

Participation is limited to California certified Small Businesses holding a current Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) certification. Vendors must comply with specific submittal instructions including providing a response on company letterhead that includes pricing details, sales tax, discounts offered, total cost, validity period of the offer (minimum of 30 days), and contact information for an authorized signatory.
