The City of Lancaster, PA is seeking competitive bids for the Water Street Water Main Replacement Project. Work Details

The contract time shall commence ten days following the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The work is expected to be substantially completed by November 15, 2026, and fully completed by April 30, 2027.

The project will take place in the City of Lancaster, specifically in the 100 through 300 blocks of Water Street between Orange Street and Lemon Street.
