Background

The California Health and Human Services Agency, Office of Technology and Solutions Integration (CalHHS OTSI) is issuing Request for Quote (RFQ) #56050707 for the OpenGov Open Data Portal. The purpose of this solicitation is to procure IT goods and services under the authority of the California Public Contract Code (PCC) Section 12100. Work Details

The contractor will provide the OpenGov Open Data Portal, specifically Level VII term software. The quantity required is one (1) unit with part number OG-SWBQ-B57B-AR-1Y. The services include technical support for the software, which involves response commitments based on issue severity levels ranging from one business hour for critical issues to two business days for routine requests. The contractor must ensure a quarterly uptime percentage of 99.9% for the software service and comply with various security and privacy controls as outlined in the Statement of Work.

Period of Performance

The contract term will commence on July 1, 2026, and continue through June 30, 2027.

Place of Performance

The contract will be performed in California, specifically at locations designated by CalHHS OTSI.

Bidder Requirements
