The Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller is seeking proposals from qualified investment management firms to provide professional fixed-income investment management services. The selected firm(s) will be responsible for managing approximately $1.5 billion in short-term operating and reserve funds currently overseen by the Clerk's Office. The scope of work includes: - Providing investment management services for the Clerk's funds - Ensuring compliance with Section 218.415, Florida Statutes - Adhering to the Clerk's Investment Policy and applicable bond covenants - Following governmental accounting and reporting standards - Meeting any additional requirements established by the Clerk The primary investment objectives, in order of priority, are: - Preservation of principal - Liquidity - Yield, consistent with statutory and policy constraints Who is Requesting: This solicitation is issued by Victor D. Instructions on Submission

Box 1110, Tampa, Florida 33601, Attention: Purchasing Department. Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 P.M. (local time), July 10, 2026. The proposal opening will take place at 601 E. Kennedy Blvd., 13th Floor, Training Room A, Tampa, Florida 33602.
