Iconic Blue Springs Mixed-Use Development Infrastructure and Public Improvements

A recent meeting document Blue Springs - Planning Commission Packet - 2026-06-08 indicates a future potential acquisition The Iconic Blue Springs project, located east of Adams Dairy Parkway and south of Napoleon Dr, has received Planning Commission approval for rezoning, a Planned Development Concept Plan, and a Preliminary Plat. The project includes multiple lots with both commercial and residential components. Extensive staff conditions indicate significant upcoming infrastructure and public improvements that will require outside contracting.
