US30 MP87.65-92.40 Overlay Paving

Background

This solicitation is issued by the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) for the On-Call Region 2 Paving Price Agreement series. The goal of this contract is to perform overlay paving on US30 from milepost 87.65 to milepost 92.40, specifically at the John Day Bridge. The project aims to enhance road safety and infrastructure in Clatsop County.

Work Details

The contractor will provide the following services and products: 1) Mobilization (1 LS) 2) Temporary Work Zone Traffic Control, Complete (1 LS) 3) Pollution Control Plan (1 LS) 4) Cold Plane Pavement Removal, 0"-2" Deep (1867 SQ YD) 5) Level 3, 1/2" Dense ACP Mixture (PG64-22) (6971 TON) 6) Extra for Asphalt Approaches (20 EACH) 7) Hi-Build Paint, Extruded or Sprayed, Surface (75511 FOOT) 8) Pavement Legend, Type AB: Arrows (1 EACH) 9) Pavement Bar, Type AB (24 SQ FT) 10) Gap Pattern Rumble Strips (10.92 MILE) 11) Bi-Directional Yellow Type IAR Markers, Recessed (481 EACH). Payment will be based on actual quantities provided/performed.

Period of Performance

The work is expected to commence upon award and must be completed by September 30, 2026.

Place of Performance

The work will be performed along US30 in Clatsop County, Oregon.

Bidder Requirements

Only price agreement holders may submit bids. Contractors must comply with domestic preference requirements as per ORS 279C.303 and adhere to prevailing wage rates as specified in the project documents.
