The District is requesting bid pricing for the following items to be delivered: 1) Bear Counters - 600 sets of 100 plastic bears (totaling 60,000 bears); 2) Plastic Cups - 600 packages of 10 reusable hard plastic cups (totaling 6,000 cups); 3) Blank Dice - 6,000 small plastic dice; 4) Math Counters - 600 packages of 200 two-color counters (totaling 120,000 counters); 5) Decks of Playing Cards - 3,600 decks; 6) 10-Sided Dice - 12,000 dice; 7) Calculators - 1,200 desktop calculators; 8) Regular Dice - 15,000 dice. All items must be shipped to the Kraft Administration Center located at Springfield, MO by July 31, 2026.

Period of Performance

The delivery of all products is required no later than July 31, 2026. Orders are anticipated to be placed in the second week of July.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with all local laws regarding business operations in Missouri and must be registered with www.sam.gov if federal funds are involved. Additionally, bidders must submit a Substitute W-9 Plus form instead of a standard W-9 form.
